Zoom conferences typically connect using Zoom-proprietary protocols. This article explains how to set up a Zoom conference that SIP endpoints (such as an Ava Robot) participate in.

Zoom Settings
In a browser, while logged into Zoom portal, navigate to Personal > Settings > Meeting & In Meeting (Advanced)
Join before host - Enabled
Only authenticated users can join meetings - Disabled
Identify the Meeting Address Which Ava Can Dial
From the Meeting Invitation, note the meeting ID and the numeric passcode, for example:
John Smith is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.
Topic: Marcio Macedo's Personal Meeting Room
Join Zoom Meeting https://us06web.zoom.us/j/8123751999?
Meeting ID: 812 375 9999
Numeric Passcode: 632394
Configuring SIP Room Connector Dial String
The video address that you will enter into Ava is
[Meeting ID w/o spaces].[Passcode]@zoomcrc.com, for example
As a user on any Ava app, you can enter this video address at time of your session, or enter in your profile (in Settings) before the session. As an IT administrator you. can add an address to the profile of any user in your organization,

Other Notes:
For Zoom for Gov, the video address domain will be sip.zoomgov.com
