Zoom conferences typically connect using Zoom-proprietary protocols. This article explains how to set up a Zoom conference that SIP endpoints (such as an Ava Robot) participate in.

Zoom Room Connector subscription
Zoom Settings
In a browser, while logged into Zoom portal, navigate to Personal > Settings > Meeting & In Meeting (Advanced)
Join before host - Enabled
Only authenticated users can join meetings - Disabled
Defining the Meeting
In a browser, while logged into Zoom portal, navigate to Meetings→Personal Room
Click on Copy Meeting Invitation and note the meeting ID and passcode, for exampleMarcio Macedo is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.

Configuring SIP Room Connector Dial String
The video address that you will enter into Ava is
[Meeting ID w/o spaces].[Passcode]@zoomcrc.com, for example
These addresses can be configured into Ava by an IT administrator or by end users. See the Installation Guide (for admins) or User Guides at https://www.avarobotics.com/documents
